• Phone numbers provided to us by our property management clients for the purpose of sending review-request and feedback text messages.

SMS/Text Messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors for support services (such as customer service) is permitted. All other use cases are excluded, including but not limited to text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, which will not be shared with any third parties.

We collect phone numbers only from property management clients who have obtained resident consent, and we use them solely to send review-request and feedback texts related to that resident's tenancy.

How We Share Information

We share information with service providers and subcontractors who help us operate our business (for example, messaging platforms, email providers, and customer support), and with the client whose property or business the communication relates to. We may disclose information when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Data Retention and Deletion

A resident may request deletion of their phone number from our system at any time by emailing ben@theweboptimizer.com. We will remove the number promptly after verifying the request.

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
